Hugo Vera is a Los Angeles–based bassist, producer, and creative musician originally from Santiago, Chile. Blending Latin roots with modern influences, his work moves between live performance, studio production, touring, and artist development.






Madison Square Garden

Throughout his career, Hugo Vera has performed in internationally recognized tours, television productions, festivals, and major live venues across the United States and Latin America. As Musical Director and Bassist for Ana Bárbara, Amanda Miguel, Gloria Trevi, Alejandra Guzman, he has led and performed in more than 2000 live shows nationwide, including appearances at Dodger Stadium, YouTube Theater, and the Ritz Theatre. He was also the touring bassist for the internationally acclaimed Versus Tour featuring Gloria Treviand Alejandra Guzmán, performing in sold-out arenas such as Madison Square Garden, Crypto.com Arena, and American Airlines Arena, Hollywood Bowl, BMO Stadium, Doger Stadium, as part of one of the highest-grossing Latin tours of its era. His additional credits include touring and live performances with All 4 One, Miki Howard, Kalimba and Adanowsky, including appearances at South by Southwest and Corona Capital. Earlier in his career in Chile, Hugo worked as Bass Player and Musical Director for major television productions including Sábado Gigante, “Gigantes con Vivi,” and the Chilean adaptation of “The Singing Bee” on Canal 13.
